Job Description

As an IT Process Expert at Bosch, you will be part of an international team that develops and operates a global eShop solution with deep integration with SAP S/4 HANA system landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative technical solutions for e-commerce processes, focusing on master data processes such as customer registration and management, as well as product catalogue and search related processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business process requirements into IT process requirements.
  • Develop user stories, consult with development teams and user departments, and evaluate solutions to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide guidance to support experts in process evaluation, problem solving, and feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
  • Experience and Knowledge:
    • Several years of B2B e-commerce expertise in consulting or industry, with a focus on platform implementation and deep integration in Enterprise-IT.
    • Experience in integration with Product Information Management (PIM) and Central User Management systems.
    • Agile project management skills, with experience in PM tools such as Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence.
    • Strong presentation and coordination skills.
  • Personality and Working Practice:
    • Strong team player with an adaptable mindset for changing or fast-moving environments.
    • High level of customer orientation and change management.
  • Work Routine:
    • Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
  • Enthusiasm:
    • High interest in new digital trends and motivation to learn.
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
