About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers in the neurosurgery and spine market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Betray and acquire new customers in the MidasRex product line
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and customer engagement
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our products
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in neurosurgery and spine
  • Strong understanding of the German healthcare market and customer decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluent German and English language skills
