Medtronic is seeking a driven and experienced District Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the dynamic Peripheral Vascular Health market in Northern Germany. This remote position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on patient lives while working for a global leader in medical technology.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion within your assigned region.
  • Mentor, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including physicians, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, identify new business opportunities, and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports to management.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with fluency in German and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
