Nina Schönenborn, Regional Sales Manager West, along with her dedicated sales team, is in search of an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the Outpatient Sector. As a member of the Wound Care sales team, your role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and nursing services, while actively promoting our innovative solutions and products.

Region: Your designated sales territory encompasses a variety of locations.

Key Responsibilities

Your Contributions and Impact:

  • Provide expert consultation to existing clients while consistently acquiring new ones
  • Market and sell our wound care solutions within the Outpatient Sector
  • Develop a robust network with clients, decision-makers, and local influencers
  • Assist at client events and workshops, and participate in trade exhibitions and conferences
  • Maintain accurate customer information through our CRM system
Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A background in commerce or healthcare, or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge and experience in wound care are essential
  • Prior experience in the sales of medical products is preferred
  • A passion for fostering customer relationships, providing advice, and a willingness to travel within the region
  • Ability to work independently, with a structured and reliable approach, coupled with strong teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with standard office software
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
  • Fluency in German and basic proficiency in English
