About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Technical Sales team at ERIKS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and manage order fulfillment
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone and email
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements:
