About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Mobilfunk-Bestandskunden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative and informative sales conversations with our Mobilfunk-Bestandskunden, analyzing customer needs and providing recommendations on suitable products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
