Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance & EHS Specialist (m/f/d)

We are seeking a knowledgeable Quality Assurance & EHS Specialist to aid in the development, execution, and enhancement of our Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety (QEHS) management framework. This role is integral to our global Quality & EHS team, operating from our Distribution Centre in Hamburg, or another location within our Global Distribution network, and will report directly to the Head of Quality & EHS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Quality & EHS team across Global Distribution
  • Assist in refining the Global Distribution Quality & EHS management program to meet both global and local standards
  • Aid in establishing a governance framework
  • Support the operation of the Quality & EHS network
  • Provide assistance to local managers and support audit processes
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Quality & EHS training programs
  • Serve as the local process owner for pertinent Quality Processes
  • Generate reports on selected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Offer support to Distribution Centers on all Quality and EHS-related inquiries

About You

  • Degree in Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience within Coloplast, particularly in Quality or EHS methodologies
  • Proven ability to effectively implement Quality and EHS initiatives across multiple sites
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English
  • Basic proficiency in Veeva and MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude
