About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Data-Driven HR Strategist to join our Corporate Development team at SAP Fioneer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our data-driven strategy execution and taking informed decisions to further drive forward our organizational and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Analytics: Structure and raise data in a meaningful way to ensure high data quality and processes.
  • HR Steering Dashboards: Develop HR Steering Dashboards, Cockpits, and Presentations that enable Management to take informed decisions.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct different analysis and Interpretation of data to deepen understanding and steering capability of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and the continuous move towards a high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present results and interpretation to stakeholders, including Senior Management.
  • People Strategy: Analyze data sets, derive measures, and provide adjustment proposals for the People Strategy.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in (Organizational/People) Analytics in the field of digital business, management consultancy, or a fast-growing start-up.
  • Skills: Excel expert, experienced in working with reporting tools (especially PowerBI), and basic programming skills.
  • Language: Fluency in German and English, both verbally and written.
