Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Data-Driven HR Analytics Specialist to join our Corporate Development team. As a key member of our team, you will drive organizational and people analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive forward our organizational and people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and raise data in a meaningful way to support informed decision-making
- Ensure high data quality and processes to drive business outcomes
- Develop HR Steering Dashboards, Cockpits, and Presentations to enable Management to take informed decisions
- Conduct different analysis and Interpretation of data to deepen understanding and steering capability of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and the continuous move towards a high-performance culture
- Present results and interpretation to stakeholders, including Senior Management
- Analyze data sets, derive measures, and provide adjustment proposals for the People Strategy
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and have successfully applied your project management and analytical skills in practice
- You have at least 2 years of experience in (Organizational/People) Analytics in the field of digital business, management consultancy, or a fast-growing start-up
- You are an Excel expert, generally experienced in working with reporting tools (especially PowerBI) and ideally possess some basic programming skills
- You show strong ownership for your projects, have a result-oriented way of working, and you are able to keep track of multiple tasks even in turbulent times
- You are fluent in German and English, both verbally and written
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
