About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at appliedAI. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and software, including Google Sheets and HubSpot.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
