Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) to join our team at jobtimum GmbH. As an Office Manager (m/w/d) in Health Insurance, you will be responsible for processing incoming applications with a focus on prevention care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming applications in a team environment, with a focus on prevention care
  • Upon successful onboarding, review and verify claims for health insurance benefits and request additional documentation as needed
  • As an Administrative Specialist (m/w/d) in Healthcare, you will be responsible for data entry and management, ensuring accuracy and completeness for proper billing
  • Contribute to process optimization and efficient data management and application processing

Requirements

  • Completed education in a related field, such as Office Management or Healthcare Administration
  • Relevant practical experience or interest in working in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software programs
  • Customer-oriented and service-minded approach, with a strong understanding of handling confidential patient information
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
