As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and clerical processes, handling inquiries from clients and external service providers, and obtaining quotes and managing orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and processes to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and external partners
  • Procure quotes and manage orders and invoices to meet business needs
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements:

  • Completed administrative or technical training, preferably with experience in the heating or gas industry
  • Business acumen, dedication, creativity, and practical experience in resource planning
  • Conflict resolution skills and professional telephone etiquette
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, proficient in MS-Office and SAP
