Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seed Expert to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. As a Seed Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert agronomic advice and support for our products, maintaining existing customer relationships, and contributing to the marketing and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert agronomic advice and support for KWS products to farmers, biogas operators, and the agricultural trade.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships with creativity and commitment, and win new customers to expand the market position.
  • Work intensively with farmers, biogas operators, and opinion leaders to promote KWS products and services.
  • Contribute to the marketing and product strategy, and organize and look after established trial locations.
  • Present the latest genetics from KWS with great enthusiasm and passion.

Requirements:

  • Experience in plant cultivation and commercial skills.
  • Passionate consultant & salesperson with excellent customer contact skills.
  • Confident appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Independent work and personal responsibility, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Apprenticeship or professional experience in agriculture or a degree in agricultural sciences.
