About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Management Lead to join our team at Knauf. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans, focusing on outcomes, using tools like SAP Solution Manager to manage all test phases.
  • Test Data Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to organize relevant test data for SAP testing phases, ensuring seamless testing processes.
  • Test Case Development: Create test cases from specifications and requirements, and manage or participate in test sessions with the team.
  • Process Optimization: Apply industry standards to optimize testing processes, providing training and coaching on test methodology to team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of relevant experience in test management, preferably in a consulting company or a similar in-house role within a global organization.
  • Skills: Proven track record in managing and delivering test management services in complex IT projects, strong IT background (preferably in SAP ERP S/4HANA), and proficiency in tools like SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or Xray.
  • Language: Fluent English and excellent communication skills across management levels, with strong conflict resolution abilities.
