Key Responsibilities
  • As the leader of our test management division, you will spearhead the establishment and development of a team dedicated to test planning, automation, and data governance, while consistently communicating test outcomes to program and project leadership.
  • Your role will involve crafting and implementing a comprehensive test strategy with a strong emphasis on results, utilizing tools such as SAP Solution Manager to oversee all testing phases.
  • You will be responsible for generating test cases based on specifications and requirements, as well as facilitating or participating in testing sessions with your team.
  • Effective test data management will be crucial, requiring collaboration with stakeholders to gather and organize pertinent test data for SAP testing stages.
  • Leveraging your industry expertise, you will refine processes and provide training and mentorship on testing methodologies.
Candidate Profile
  • A degree in information technology, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • You possess extensive experience in test management, ideally gained from a consulting firm or a similar in-house position within a global organization.
  • Your proven ability to manage and deliver test management services in complex IT initiatives, coupled with a robust IT background (preferably in SAP ERP S/4HANA), positions you as an expert in optimizing testing processes.
  • Experience with test management methodologies, including ISTQB FL/Certified Tester, and proficiency in tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or Xray will be advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills across various management levels, along with strong conflict resolution capabilities, complete your profile.
