About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at Knauf, a leading international market leader in the building materials' industry. As a Senior Inhouse Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying Privilege Access Management solutions to secure privileged accounts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deploy PAM Solutions: Develop and implement Privilege Access Management solutions to secure privileged accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Configure and Maintain PAM Components: Configure and maintain components including Vault, Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).
  • Develop Security Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures related to privileged access management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security Teams: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to identify privileged access needs and implement appropriate solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide Expert Consultation: Provide expert consultation on PAM-related projects and initiatives, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field, and/or equivalent industry experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of security principles, identity and access management (IAM), and regulatory compliance, as well as in-depth knowledge of PAM components and architecture.
  • Industry Experience: Several years of experience as a Privilege Access Management Architect or similar role in the Identity and Security field.
  • Skills and Tools: Experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions, as well as a good mix of competences in IAM business process and project management concepts and tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, PRINCE2, and SCRUM (agile).
