About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT-Systems Engineer to join our team at CITTI Märkte. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our server infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain our server infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Develop and automate scripts using PowerShell to streamline IT processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT projects, from planning to deployment.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IT issues and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for our IT systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, and PowerShell.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent German language skills, with good English language skills.
