About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at beON consult. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement authorization and security concepts, monitoring and troubleshooting strategies
  • Perform server-related maintenance and support, including hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Manage and maintain Active directory and group policies, ensuring seamless integration with our Office 365 infrastructure
  • Administer Office 365 infrastructure, including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint, to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Maintain the local network, including firewalls, to ensure secure and reliable connectivity
  • Solve second-line issues on systems, providing timely and effective support to our users
  • Administer licenses, support contracts, and all technical equipment, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization
  • Manage, update, and maintain the technical operation of our intranet, ensuring a seamless user experience

Requirements

  • Successful completion of training as an IT specialist (system integration, network administrator, or comparable knowledge/professional experience in the IT environment)
  • Excellent knowledge of PC hardware, network technologies, telecommunications, software deployment, and current Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Office 365, and mobile device management is highly desirable
  • Basic understanding of IT support processes based on ITIL
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; German is an advantage
