Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth while contributing positively to environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team, managing 15-20 Enterprise clients.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing value from our solutions and services.
  • Evaluate clients' current processes and future objectives to develop success plans and prioritize essential business drivers.
  • Encourage product adoption within your accounts to maximize client value.
  • Foster teamwork and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Serve as an internal communication expert, partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS or related sectors, ideally in Enterprise Resource Planning or Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on translating business needs into actionable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication abilities across various channels and audiences.
  • Self-driven individual capable of working independently and collaboratively under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong drive for success and initiative.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work, even in fast-paced settings.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a diverse, agile team and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
