Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team at LGC Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades of equipment and systems
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure seamless operations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and contractors

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on technical skills and problem-solving
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
