Facility Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Assistant to join our team at LGC Axolabs. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our buildings and ensuring that all facilities are in good working order.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or defects
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers as needed
- Assist with special projects and events as required
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Requirements
- Relevant trade or technical qualification (e.g. electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
