Production Foreman/shift Supervisor Baking

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Order-related planning and securing of production processes in consultation with the control centre
- Ensuring the efficient production process including fault elimination
- Technical management of a team including personnel allocation within the shift
- Monitoring and ensuring hygiene standards
- Ensuring and complying with all QM instructions and deviation documentation
- Communication with in-house craftsmen with regard to commissioning, maintenance and malfunctions

**Ihr Profil**:

- Completed vocational training ideally as a food technology specialist (M/F/d) or in a profession in the food industry
- Technical understanding of various production plants, especially packaging plants
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Forklift licence, crane licence and aerial work platform licence advantageous
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts
- Language skills according to CEF: German (C1)
