Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a strategic sales capacity, with substantial experience engaging high-level stakeholders such as CHROs, CEOs, and Heads of HR or L&D, ideally within the Finance, ManuPharma, or Consulting sectors.
- Strong affinity for the learning and development sector.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Based in Germany, preferably in the Munich or Berlin area.
- Experience managing complex solutions and navigating extended sales cycles, often involving cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate autonomously and make strategic decisions that positively influence the organization.
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and client needs.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving revenue goals and strategic objectives.
Your Initial Year Goals
- Generate up to 1M EUR in new bookings for impactful upskilling solutions at new and existing clients with over 2,500 employees across the DACH region.
- Establish and track performance metrics for your designated territory.
- Allocate approximately 80% of your time to acquiring new business and 20% to managing existing accounts, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and acting as a consultant. These allocations will adapt as you build and enhance your client portfolio.
- Become the primary expert in your territory for your clients' sectors, offering expert guidance on complex decisions.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage expectations and clearly communicate reasons for any project or timeline adjustments.
- Collaborate with a team of customer success managers, account managers, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
- Actively plan and coordinate complex projects and strategic communications to achieve Lepaya's objectives.
