We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Completed commercial education).
  • Experience: First-hand experience in the sales support industry (First-hand experience in the sales support industry).
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems).
