Senior Controller Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controller to join our team at St. Martinus-Krankenhaus. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to support the hospital's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and the board of directors, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in financial software systems, including ERP and financial planning tools.
