Senior Controller Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controller to join our team at St. Martinus-Krankenhaus. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to support the hospital's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the hospital's assets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives and support the hospital's mission.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in financial software and systems, and ability to lead and develop a team.
