Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Analyst M&A to join our Central M&A team at Bertelsmann Investments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting M&A activities, including origination, due diligence, and post-merger integration. Your focus will be on developing new growth areas, including digital health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Bertelsmann Investments team in M&A activities, including financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead M&A projects and collaborate with portfolio companies' management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • First work experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a comparable role.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business proficiency in German and English.
