Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Engineer at Cattron, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and other digital platforms. Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our remote control systems, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their problems.
You will work closely with customers to understand and analyze problems, providing expert advice and guidance to help them overcome technical challenges. Additionally, you will collaborate with our engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Another key aspect of this role is to provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance based on customer interactions. You will also conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance their understanding of our remote control systems and their applications in material handling and rail industries.
Furthermore, you will stay updated on new product features and enhancements to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. You will also gather and document customer feedback regarding product performance and user experience to contribute to product improvement.
Finally, you may be required to support the sales team in Pre-Sales meetings or calls to define a solution to the customer's requirements, and may occasionally travel to customer sites to provide design-specific solutions.
