German Inside Sales Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven sales professional who will collaborate with both the Inside Sales and field sales teams to enhance revenue from both new and existing clients through proactive account management and delivering exceptional service. This role also encompasses assisting clients with account management tasks related to Pre-Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Development:

  • Act as the primary internal contact for all assigned accounts, focusing on key accounts and nurturing relationships within your designated region.
  • Engage with existing clients through calls and emails to encourage repeat use of Goldstar services.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

  • Generate detailed quotations and prepare visuals, storyboards, and pre-production samples as required.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and specific requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of requested products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth with both new and existing clients.

Proactive Account Management:

  • Implement follow-up strategies for all quotations and inquiries.
  • Monitor orders and gather feedback from clients.
  • Introduce Goldstar selling tools to enhance customer engagement.
  • Pursue repeat orders and gather customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Maintain detailed customer profiles in the CRM system.
  • Address and resolve client service and order issues as necessary.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Become an expert in all aspects of Goldstar's offerings, including features and benefits.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Team Collaboration and Improvement:

  • Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings.
  • Manage time and daily activities effectively.
  • Participate actively in training and development initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by maintaining high standards in all activities.
  • Seek guidance when needed and support team members as required.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 1-2+ years in inside sales or account management.
  • Experience in customer communication through various channels.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven success in a sales role is advantageous.
  • Experience with promotional merchandise distributors is a plus.

  • Basic proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.
