Technical Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Property Manager to join our team at Hermes. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the technical management of our leased properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the technical maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including routine inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of maintenance and repair work, ensuring that it is carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of our properties.
- Work closely with our property management team to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including costs and schedules.
- Develop and implement procedures for the management of technical data and documentation for our properties.
- Provide technical support and guidance to our property management team, including advice on maintenance and repair work.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality and efficiency of our property management operations.
- Relevant degree in a technical field, such as building services engineering or facilities management.
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building services, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external contractors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Proficient in the use of computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) systems.
