Technical Property Manager

Position Overview:
The Technical Property Manager is accountable for overseeing the technical operations of leased properties. This role involves ensuring the effective management of maintenance services within the technical facility management sector, which includes routine maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance services and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate periodic expert inspections in line with building codes and insurance stipulations.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries from site management.
- Assist property management with technical challenges and solutions.
- Oversee modernization, renovation, and construction initiatives.
- Manage maintenance and fault resolution processes, including tendering, awarding contracts, and invoicing, as well as warranty support.
- Prepare detailed property reports and monitor budgetary controls.
- Gather and maintain building technology data for a network of logistics sites.
- Ensure accurate data management within the CAFM system.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent vocational training.
- Extensive experience in property or building technology management.
- Current knowledge of legal standards, particularly in fire safety, occupational health, and building services.
- Proven experience in liaising with site managers and external service providers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to work, complemented by teamwork and resilience.
- Demonstrated service orientation, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
