Technical Property Management Specialist

Position Overview:

The role entails overseeing the technical operations of leased properties, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical management of leased assets.
  • Supervise maintenance services in technical facility management, including routine inspections and repairs.
  • Coordinate periodic expert evaluations in line with building regulations and insurance standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries from site management.
  • Assist property management with technical challenges.
  • Manage modernization, renovation, and construction initiatives.
  • Ensure effective maintenance and fault management, including tendering, awarding contracts, and invoicing, along with support in warranty oversight.
  • Prepare property reports and conduct cost and budget monitoring.
  • Gather building technology data for a network of logistics sites.
  • Maintain building technology information within the CAFM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent vocational training.
  • Several years of experience in property or building technology.
  • Current knowledge of legal standards, particularly in fire safety, occupational health, and building services.
  • Experience in liaising with site managers and external service providers.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work, complemented by teamwork and resilience.
  • Strong service orientation, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
