About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Manager to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a central role in shaping our pricing strategies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with current trends and developments to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement internal tools for process automation and efficiency gains.
  • Work closely with our analytics team to create pricing recommendations using mathematical models and advanced statistical techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing components, including discounts, coupons, and promotions, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to identify the most effective pricing strategies and provide valuable insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Completed technical or scientific degree.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Pricing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent English skills; German skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions and familiar with data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Proactive and responsible approach to new tasks, with a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience in e-commerce and FMCG is a plus.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin for the role.
