Student Assistant in Talent Acquisition

Your Contributions:
- Your assistance is invaluable: You will collaborate with the team to develop a comprehensive knowledge database.
- You will be in the thick of it: You will support the applicant management team with various projects and tasks.
- You will facilitate coordination: You will arrange interviews by scheduling appointments with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters, booking rooms and refreshments, and maintaining applicant data in our systems.
- Your expertise will be relied upon: You will serve as a point of contact in our applicant hotline, providing support for inquiries and follow-ups.

- Primarily, your character: Your strong motivation, commitment, teamwork, excellent communication skills, and your independent, organized, and meticulous work style set you apart.
- You are a registered student in Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field and are available for at least one year.
- You have a keen interest in HR topics and ideally possess some practical experience.
- You are willing to take responsibility for your tasks, consistently monitor deadlines and objectives, and quickly adapt to new software systems.
- Your profile is further enhanced by good computer skills in standard MS Office applications.
