Student Assistant in Talent Acquisition

Opportunity for Aspiring HR Professionals

At GVO Personal GmbH, we are seeking a dedicated Student Assistant in Recruiting (m/f/d) to support our recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process for event service personnel and manage candidate selection.
  • Help prepare employment contracts and other essential HR documentation.
  • Engage in various HR projects that enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a university program.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with phone interactions.
  • Prior experience in human resources is a plus.
  • Availability for 15-20 hours per week, preferably during afternoon hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with effective task prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and dynamic setting.
