Your Role:

  • Support daily Talent Acquisition operations
  • Draft and publish job postings
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules
  • Maintain applicant databases and assist with data transitions
  • Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives
  • Engage with candidates throughout the hiring journey
  • Work collaboratively with various departments

What We Are Looking For:

  • A relevant educational background in Business or Human Resources
  • A keen interest in recruitment with some prior experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • A well-organized and adaptable work style
  • Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of SAP Success Factors is advantageous)
  • Fluency in German
