About Heraeus Conamic
We are a leading materials specialist for the production and processing of high-purity quartz glass and other high-grade materials. Our innovative products enable the production of state-of-the-art semiconductor chips and medical lasers.
The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial CRM Manager to lead our CRM ecosystem projects. As the responsible and accountable lead, you will oversee all aspects of our CRM system, including people, processes, systems, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a change management plan to improve process and data quality
- Establish and maintain a CRM Key User community and deliver training
- Define and manage the CRM governance process, including the enhancement request process
- Define standard operational procedures to enforce high levels of data quality
- Compile and disseminate system usage data and suggest areas of improvement
- Define primary and secondary KPIs for each CRM role
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years' experience in a commercial environment
- Effective communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in commercial software, including SAP and CRM
- Strong customer orientation and analytical mindset
- Experience in an international commercial environment and ability to travel
