Global CRM Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:
You will take the lead and be accountable for all HERAEUS Conamic Commercial CRM ecosystem initiatives, focusing on the associated People, Processes, Systems, and Business Intelligence. You will serve as the strategic liaison between CRM Users and their supervisors, outlining the desired future state, and implementing a change management strategy across all CRM stakeholders to enhance process and data integrity. You will identify and define the skills required for CRM Key Users, establish and nurture a CRM Key User community, including regular meetings to share updates and collect feedback, while creating a shared resource platform (such as TEAMS) and providing training. You will oversee the CRM governance framework, including the comprehensive enhancement request workflow (identify, document, evaluate, approve, develop, test, train) and provide User support. You will establish standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure a high level of data quality. You will compile and distribute system usage metrics and recommend improvements regarding data quality and usage KPIs, contributing to incentive plan decisions. You will define primary and secondary KPIs for each CRM role, including potential visualization options through an appropriate BI tool.Ideal Candidate Profile:
A minimum of ten years' experience in a commercial setting (e.g., sales, CRM, commercial excellence). Strong communication skills in both German and English (fluent) with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Proficient in commercial software applications (SAP, CRM). A strong customer-centric approach coupled with an analytical mindset. Experience in an international commercial context (EU, US, Asia) with a willingness to travel internationally (20%).Benefits Offered:
