About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team at AlphaConsult Premium KG in Fulda. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting Herstellbarkeitsanalysen to identify areas for improvement
  • Supporting product development by ensuring production-friendly design and selection of manufacturing technologies
  • Designing and implementing manufacturing strategies, work systems, and processes, including the creation of work plans
  • Evaluating and defining standard times as a basis for calculating production costs
  • Identifying and defining capacity requirements in production and logistics for new projects
  • Introducing new products into production, including series release and support for up to 6 months after SOP
  • Conducting process analyses related to production and logistics processes
  • Optimizing production processes in terms of capacity, cost, and efficiency, including adapting work plans
  • Verifying and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented improvement measures
Requirements
  • Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften (z. B. im Bereich Maschinenbau / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in Methodiken der Prozessoptimierung (MTM / REFA) und des Projektmanagements
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrial Engineering / Lean Management
  • Analytische sowie strategische Denk- und Handlungsweise
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im Kontext MDR / ISO 13485 wünschenswert
