Test Engineer Hardware Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer Hardware to join our team at Proemion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and developing (semi-)automated production tests, creating test concepts and circuit diagrams, and planning and creating individual test stations and test equipment.

Your primary focus will be on creating and continuously optimizing test procedures, carrying out fault analyses and repairs on assemblies, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Requirements
  • Successfully completed education in electronics and further training as an electrical technician/foreman
  • Solid professional experience in test engineering
  • Experience with NI-TestStand
  • Knowledge of the CAN-Bus (ideally)
  • Previous knowledge of various electrical test procedures (desirable)
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (preferably C#, C++ or Visual Basic)
  • Strong quality mindset and good German and English skills
