Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate expert training sessions focused on autonomous robotic systems
  • Develop and refine training resources to ensure high standards and relevance
  • Deliver exceptional technical assistance to clients regarding their robotic systems
  • Engage in troubleshooting activities to optimize robot functionality
  • Resolve technical issues on-site to ensure seamless robot deployment
  • Promote process enhancements and contribute to the knowledge base for innovation
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical accomplishments
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical training
  • Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer and/or Trainer in robotics or automation
  • Proven experience in delivering technical training
  • Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Structured approach to problem-solving
  • Fluent in German and English, with a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements
