Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for propulsion systems
- Collaborate with design teams to refine test requests and ensure alignment with project goals
- Design and execute tests to validate propulsion system performance and safety
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and other support teams to ensure smooth test execution
- Plan and execute test procedures, including risk assessments and data analysis
- Post-process test data and report results to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation for test setups and results
- Provide feedback to design teams to inform product improvements
- Support resource and workload planning, and coordinate with interfacing teams
- Model a safe work environment in the laboratory
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in propulsion testing and measurement methods
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and post-processing techniques
- Experience with CAD systems, preferably Siemens NX
- Driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with incomplete requirements and anticipate customer needs
- Fluent English language skills, with German or other languages beneficial
