About the Role

This is a high-level position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Support the development and execution of our company's growth strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Own and manage critical aspects of our operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring sustainable growth and stability.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Business Development: Identify and execute opportunities for company expansion, including strategic partnerships, adjacent market opportunities, and M&A initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strategic Thinker: A go-getter with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in complex environments.
  • Operational Expertise: Prior experience in high-complexity environments, such as consulting or a startup/scale-up, with a focus on operations or growth/business development.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A positive and adaptable individual who thrives in a collaborative, non-hierarchical setup.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German (for working with the German market).
