Your Responsibilities
If you are passionate about working in a vibrant, inclusive team and eager to expand your knowledge in communications and change management within the Finance sector, our Business Area Controlling (BAC) team is the ideal setting for your development.
As a member of the BAC core team, your role will involve:
- Contributing to the agile transformation of a key GFA function.
- Assisting the BAC Leadership Team in managing controlling initiatives and change management efforts.
- Creating engaging communications that simplify complex topics for the team.
- Coordinating employee engagement events, including All-Employee Meetings and social activities for over 390 team members.
- Co-managing the quarterly BAC Newsletter and ensuring our BAC SharePoint page remains informative and user-friendly.
Your Profile
You will be an excellent match for our team if you can affirmatively respond to most of the following:
- You possess a keen interest in change management and communication, particularly in Finance and Controlling.
- You demonstrate reliability and professionalism in your work.

- You have some experience in Finance/Controlling or change management through your academic pursuits.
- You are familiar with design tools, even at a basic level.

- You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
