Business Development Analyst M&A und Private Equity

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Analyst, der sich auf M&A und Private Equity spezialisiert hat. Als Teil des Business Development- und Marketing-Teams unterstützt du die Fachgebietsgruppe M&A und die Branchengruppe Private Equity bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Geschäftsentwicklung.
Deine Aufgaben:- Entwickelst die Fachgebietsgruppe M&A und die Branchengruppe Private Equity
- Erstellst wettbewerbsfähige Pitch Books und überzeugende Präsentationen
- Identifizierst Investoren und Investitionsziele
- Akquirierst neue Mandate durch deine fachlichen und persönlichen Stärken
- Übernimmst die Marktrecherchen zur Entwicklung von Business Development Leads
- Förderst Cross-Selling-Initiativen und entwickelst neue Ideen
- Steuerst die Erschließung neuer Marktpotenziale und entwickelst CRM-Strategien für ausgewählte Key Clients
- Erfassst und zollest Daten für juristische Fachverlage und M&A Rankings
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Rechtswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Professional Services Umfeld oder im Transaktionsgeschäft eines Unternehmens
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Begeisterung für wirtschaftliche und wirtschaftsrechtliche Themen, Gespür für Märkte und Entwicklungen
- Strategisches Denken, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Kreativität
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, überzeugendes und sicheres Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen und Internetrecherchen, idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit einschlägigen M&A-Datenbanken
- Qualitätsbewusster, dienstleistungsorientierter, selbständiger, zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Arbeiten am Puls der Wirtschaft - und im Herzen der Stadt
