Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure legal compliance of processes within the HR generalist area.
  • Continuously enhance HR service standards regarding documents and tools for HR generalists.
  • Effectively design processes within the HR generalist area, including the creation, adjustment, and development of process documentation, standard templates, and forms, as well as conducting training sessions and preparing training materials.
  • Collaborate with all HR functions to continuously improve overall HR processes and service quality.
  • Drive the ongoing improvement and development of the SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central tools in collaboration with HR/IT teams, including testing activities related to system patches and change requests.
  • Support the digitalization and automation of HR processes.
  • Facilitate internal and cross-HR communication to enhance process stability and information exchange.
  • Generate and provide HR content for the HR Online platform to create an efficient self-service portal (ESS).
  • Organize and accompany audits related to the work area, including implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Document required knowledge for continuous knowledge retention and transfer to enhance service quality for our employees.
  • Take on additional responsibilities within the team.
  • Participate in HR projects.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training and relevant further education with a focus on human resources.
  • Current foundational knowledge in labor, tax, and social security law.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR administration or as an HR generalist.
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills, with a strong service, quality, and customer orientation.
  • Independent and self-directed working style with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical skills combined with innovative thinking.
  • Ability to think in interconnected ways and collaborate effectively.
  • Proactive, assertive, and capable of implementing solutions.
  • Commitment and resilience, with motivation to shape and improve your work area.
  • Proficient in SAP HCM/SF EC and MS Office products such as Word, Excel, MS Teams, etc.
  • Language skills: very good German and good English proficiency.
