Warehouse Operations Manager

Sezamo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Fulfilment Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including staffing, training, health & safety, scheduling, order accuracy, and loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies/procedures to ensure on-time delivery of outbound shipments.
- Drive processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, accuracy, quality, safety, and efficiency through employee involvement and teamwork.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and preventive actions.
- Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
- Direct the maintenance of physical conditions and appearance of the warehouse, including 5S.
- Recruit, select, and train employees.
- Develop employee performance through appraisals, coaching, and counseling.
- Experience in a leadership position within a warehouse environment, preferably in E-commerce and FMCG.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships in a Fulfilment Centre.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel, and WMS systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks for efficient use of time.
- Knowledgeable on safety practices and 5S best practices.
- Understanding of pick/pack/ship operations in high-volume warehouse environments.
- WMS implementation background.
- Highly motivated and able to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
