About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to join our team at Mynaric AG. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Manage and motivate a team of logistics professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with problem-solving and technical challenges.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics and warehouse management.
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating a team of logistics professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and procedures, including inventory management and transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driving license (at least class B).
  • Good German and English language skills.
