Position Overview: IT Infrastructure Director - Visionary, Enhancer, and Team Leader

- Team Leadership and Development: Cultivate a supportive atmosphere where your team can excel. Offer mentorship and direction to facilitate their technical and professional growth.
- Strategic Vision: Formulate and execute strategic plans to enhance your IT infrastructure domain continually. Maintain a broad perspective while focusing on operational excellence.
- International Collaboration Advocate: Oversee IT infrastructure initiatives across global teams. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, imparting your expertise in infrastructure frameworks and designs.
- Infrastructure Management: Supervise the daily operations and enhancement of your IT infrastructure sector. Ensure optimal performance and dependability.
- Requirements and Release Management Specialist: Take charge of the requirements and release process for IT solutions within your scope. Achieve results punctually and within budget constraints.
- External Partner Management: Foster relationships with external service providers, ensuring they meet your service level expectations.

- Technical Background: A degree in IT, engineering, or business administration with a solid grounding in IT infrastructure (cloud technologies, networks, Active Directory, Windows Server/clients).
