Desired Candidate Profile
We are in search of a dedicated senior or lead frontend developer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a software product environment, particularly within an early-stage startup that emphasizes innovation, user-centric design, and high technical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement state-of-the-art features for web applications.
- Engage in all phases of the development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and ongoing support.
- Work collaboratively with designers and product managers to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Produce code that is both efficient and maintainable, ensuring comprehensive testing and documentation.
- Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence characterized by high-quality code, data-informed discussions, technical creativity, business insight, and inclusivity.
- Share expertise, mentor peers, and foster professional growth within the team.
- Solid technical foundation in software engineering and architecture, particularly in frontend development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful work on scalable web applications.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong self-motivation and accountability for completing tasks through to deployment.
- Preferred: Experience with WebRTC and full-stack JavaScript development.
